All orders will ship once your final shipping invoice has been paid and confirmed. We ship all orders via USPS First Class or Priority Mail.
*Once in a while our online store will have information about delayed shipping times in the announcement bar at the top of our website. Please note we are a small business and our shop periodically closes for holidays and vacations. Please be aware of shipping times before ordering your products as this may delay your order.*
Additional import taxes, customs duties, and fees may apply to orders placed for shipment outside of the United States.
All charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient. International customs policies vary from country to country. Please contact local customs office for additional information. Please note that any customs clearance procedures incurred may delay original shipping estimates. Transit times may vary due to customs delays. International First Class, while an affordable method, may vary in transit time and reliability depending on your own country's postal system.
Due to the custom nature of our services, they are non-refundable and not eligible for exchange, return or cancellation. If there is a printing error made on our part, we will either reprint the paper goods or provide a credit for the misprint. If there is an error with the wording that was approved by the client, the costs of reprinting must be covered by the client.
All shipped orders include a shipment tracking number, but once your items are shipped we have no control over the progress of your shipment and only have access to the shared tracking details. We recommend ordering your goods as early as possible to allow for transport and customs in your country. If you require express shipping, a separate invoice will be sent with the shipping option of your choice, once payment is completed your order will be shipped.
If you are experiencing an issue with tracking number updates, we ask you to please be patient and give your tracking number a few more days to update online.
If you have a package that was marked as delivered but you have not yet received it:
- Check with your neighbors or front office (if applicable) to see if the package was left there.
- Reach out to your local Post Office.
Homestead Ink is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We strongly advise shipping your item to a safe, reliable location such as a place of work with a mail room or a trusted neighbor or family member where there is a person is available to accept the package during regular business hours. Security preferences (signature confirmation, additional insurance, etc.) can be added for additional fee at the time shipping is paid for. It is up to the client to request these services. Final price for such services may depend on final package weights and monetary worth of the contents. Homestead Ink will not be held liable for individually mailed invitations or announcements that have been lost or delayed due to postage miscalculations or incorrect addresses submitted by the client, United States Postal Service errors, or any other third party handling individual postage.
