Homestead Ink is a small studio based on the outskirts of sunny Austin, Texas. founded on the belief that personality trumps tradition and totally gorgeous invites do not have to be the least bit traditional, fussy or ornate. We offer a growing range of semi-custom stationery and take pride in our craft and delivering out of the box solutions.
Good design falls flat with out high quality production to back it up. We partner with some truly wonderful print partners for our digital, foil and letterpress needs. In addition, Homestead Ink is proud to offer in-house screen printing. Screen printing imposes its own set of rules and influence over the design process while allowing for more versatility in terms of the fun we can have with materials and color. This old-school print method is an artform in itself and we absolutely love the handmade one-of-a-kind touch it adds to our work.
Meet the designer
ADRIANE McCARTHY
After studying advertising in school with a focus in art direction, I got my start as a studio artist for an ad agency while designing albums and merch for local bands on the side. I quickly realized how satisfying working in print can be. When I could actually hold the finished work in my hands I felt much more of a connection to it and appreciation for the finer details.
These days I'm happy to work exclusively with weddings, dreaming up and and bringing to life printed goods for those in love. My mission with Homestead Ink is to provide an original voice to wedding stationery and infuse an artful approach that feels as thoughtful as the day it's all for.
